Support throughout pregnancy

I am available to chat through call, text and email. You are welcome to contact me through your pregnancy with updates, concerns, just to chat, etc. 

1 post partum visit

• Follow up visit 1-2 weeks following birth

• Meal brought for mama and family (ready for that evening or frozen)

2 Pre-natal visits

We can meet at your home or another desired meeting spot to go over your birth plan, questions and concerns you have.
